Flexible; approximately 1-2 shoots per week About the role I'm a professional speaker and author building a growing library of video content, and I'm looking for a part-time videographer with a strong cinematic eye to film me on a regular basis around Portland. Your job is to capture beautiful, clean, cinematic footage and hand it off. If you love making people look great on camera and have an eye for light, movement, and mood, let's talk. What you'll do Film 1-2 sessions per week at various Portland locations Capture cinematic talking-head footage plus supporting b-roll Ensure professional lighting and crisp, clean audio on every shoot Deliver organized, labeled raw footage to my editing team promptly Collaborate on framing and creative ideas to keep the content fresh Equipment you provide (cinematic quality) Professional 4K, cinema-capable camera (mirrorless or cinema body) Quality lenses for a cinematic look (fast primes / shallow depth of field) Gimbal or stabilizer for smooth movement Professional lighting kit (LED panels / softboxes) for indoor and outdoor setups Pro audio: lavalier + shotgun mic and recorder Tripod, ND filters, extra batteries and media Ability to shoot in a flat/log profile and deliver color-grade-ready files What I'm looking for Proven cinematic videography experience ( demo reel required ) Owns professional gear Portland-based with reliable transportation Strong sense of lighting, composition, and camera movement Comfortable directing and putting talent at ease Dependable, communicative, and available ~1-2x per week (outside vacations) Nice to have Experience with personal-brand, speaker, or short-form vertical (social) content To apply Apply through Indeed and include a link to your demo reel or portfolio , a quick note on the gear you shoot with, and your hourly rate.
