The New South Wales Nurses and Midwives' Association (NSWNMA) is the registered union for all nurses and midwives in NSW. Role:
This role is responsible for producing high-quality digital content including video, photography, audio and multimedia assets that support campaigning, recruitment, marketing and member engagement activities. You will work across a variety of projects, creating content that tells powerful stories, amplifies campaigns and promotes the work of the Association across digital, social and traditional media channels.
About you:
You are a skilled digital storyteller with a passion for creating engaging content that delivers impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and are confident taking ownership of the entire production process from planning to final delivery.
Essential:
At least 3 years' experience shooting, editing and producing high-quality video content. Strong experience working with cameras, lighting and production equipment. Advanced video editing skills using tools such as FCPX, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar. Strong filmmaking and post-production capabilities. Experience producing content both on location and in a studio environment. Sound understanding of social media platforms, digital content distribution and audience engagement. Excellent interviewing, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Desirable:
Experience creating motion graphics and animation. Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
