This role is responsible for filming and editing high-quality content for social media, YouTube, product launches, campaigns, athlete content, and other branded projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently when needed and collaborating with the video production team during larger campaigns and product launches. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow an established creative direction and brand style. Filming & Production Film content independently when needed. Work alongside the video production team during larger campaigns and product launches. Capture professional-quality footage with proper framing, focus, exposure, and composition. Operate professional cameras and other video production equipment. Assist with lighting, audio, camera setup, and other production needs. Help prepare, set up, organize, and break down production equipment. Follow creative direction, scripts, shot lists, and production plans. Make technical and creative adjustments during shoots when needed. Ensure all necessary footage is properly captured before completing a production. Editing & Post-Production Edit short-form social media videos, Reels, and other vertical content. Edit long-form YouTube videos and other branded content. Handle music, pacing, transitions, audio, color correction, graphics, and other editing needs. Ensure all edits follow the brand's established visual and editing style. Make revisions based on feedback from the senior video production team. Organize footage, editing projects, and other production files. Prepare completed edits for review and final delivery. Complete projects according to assigned deadlines and production schedules. Product Launches & Team Support Support the video production team during larger product launches and campaigns. Assist with filming multiple pieces of content required for each launch. Help with lighting, sound, camera setup, equipment, and other production needs during larger shoots. Work closely with other members of the video team to ensure the necessary footage is captured. Assist with additional production responsibilities when required. Travel Travel throughout the U.S. and internationally for productions when needed. Film and edit content during travel-based productions. Assist with preparing and organizing cameras and production equipment for travel. Help with lighting, audio, camera setup, equipment breakdown, and other production needs while on location. Skills & Qualifications Professional experience in videography and video editing is a must Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is a must Strong understanding of camera operation, framing, focus, exposure, composition, and frame rates. Basic understanding of lighting and audio for video production. Experience editing short-form social media content and long-form YouTube videos. Ability to follow creative direction and maintain an established brand style. Strong attention to detail and the ability to receive and apply feedback. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Photography experience is a plus but not required. Must own professional camera equipment suitable for video production. Must own a computer capable of professional video editing in DaVinci Resolve. Must be comfortable traveling domestically and internationally when needed.
