We're looking for a talented Videographer & Creative Content Producer to join our in-house creative team in Franklin, Tennessee. This is not a traditional real estate videography role. You'll help create the visual content behind one of Tennessee's leading real estate teams — filming luxury homes, new developments, social media content, lifestyle campaigns, events, agent-led videos, podcasts, brand projects, and whatever we dream up next. We're looking for someone who is technically strong behind the camera, highly capable in the edit, comfortable directing people on camera, and — most importantly — creative. You have taste. You notice architecture, interiors, music, pacing, composition, lighting, movement, and the little details that make content feel elevated instead of generic. We don't want someone who simply waits for a shot list. We want someone who walks into a space and starts seeing possibilities. This is an opportunity to have a real creative voice, work with incredible properties and people throughout Middle Tennessee, and help us continue building an in-house media department that is constantly pushing its content forward. What You'll Create No two weeks will look exactly the same. You'll produce content across a wide range of projects, including: Cinematic luxury property films Short-form Instagram Reels and social content Agent-led property tours and walk-throughs Lifestyle and community content New development and builder campaigns Brand and marketing videos Events and behind-the-scenes content Podcasts and interview-style content Drone photo and video Select architectural, interior, and portrait photography Creative campaigns and concepts we haven't thought of yet Some projects will be polished and cinematic. Others will be fast, social-first, personality-driven, or experimental. We want someone who enjoys both. What You'll Do You'll take ownership of video projects from concept through final delivery, including pre-production, filming, directing, editing, audio, basic color work, and final exports. You'll work both independently and alongside our Creative Director and broader team to develop concepts, plan shoots, and determine the best way to tell the story of a property, person, event, or brand. A big part of this position is working with people. You should be comfortable directing agents, clients, and other talent on camera — helping people feel natural, confident, and polished without making the process feel overly produced. You'll also: Shoot with professional mirrorless/DSLR camera systems, lenses, gimbals, lighting, audio, and related production equipment Edit primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite Capture and incorporate drone footage into property and lifestyle content Adapt quickly between luxury interiors, exteriors, construction sites, events, studio environments, and run-and-gun shoots Create content specifically with social platforms and viewer retention in mind Capture select still photography for properties, construction progress, aerials, portraits, thumbnails, and marketing assets Maintain organized footage, projects, and file-management systems Bring ideas to the table and actively contribute to the creative direction of our content You'll Probably Love This Job If… You save videos because you love the edit. You notice when the music, pacing, lighting, movement, or framing makes a piece of content feel expensive. You can walk into a beautiful home and immediately start imagining shots. You have opinions about what makes a great Reel. You're comfortable experimenting with a new concept rather than making the exact same property video every week. You can direct someone confidently on camera — and then disappear behind the lens when the moment calls for it. You care about the details. And when you see great creative work, your first thought is usually, "I want to make something like that." What We're Looking For Your portfolio matters most to us. Ideally, you have 3+ years of professional video production experience, but we're far more interested in the quality of your work, your creative instincts, and your potential than checking a box for a specific number of years.
You should have:
A strong portfolio demonstrating professional video production and editing Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro Strong command of professional mirrorless/DSLR camera systems Experience creating polished, intentional edits with a strong understanding of pacing, music, storytelling, and visual composition Confidence operating gimbals and creating intentional camera movement A strong understanding of lighting in interior, exterior, studio, and changing environments The ability to direct and coach people naturally on camera Strong attention to detail throughout both production and post-production The ability to self-direct and take ownership of a project A collaborative personality and willingness to receive feedback Curiosity and a desire to keep learning, experimenting, and improving Experience in luxury real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality, lifestyle, weddings, fashion, automotive, social media, or other visually driven industries is a plus — but real estate experience is not required. Photography experience is also a plus. Drone experience is strongly preferred, but if you're excited about aerial filmmaking and eager to develop those skills further, we'd still like to hear from you. Our Creative Environment We take our content seriously — but we also want to enjoy making it. You'll have access to beautiful homes, architecture, new construction, luxury properties, events, interesting people, and locations throughout Middle Tennessee that give us an incredible canvas for creating content. We already have an established creative and marketing operation, but we're continuing to grow it. That means this isn't a position where you'll simply be handed footage or a shot list and told what to make. We want you to have a voice in what we create next. If you have an idea, we want to hear it. If you see a better shot, take it. If you think we should try something we've never done before, tell us. We're looking for someone who wants to help raise the creative bar with us. Equipment & Technology We provide the equipment you need to do your job, including Canon camera bodies, lenses, gimbals, drone equipment, production accessories, a Windows workstation, and necessary media and storage. Experience with Canon is helpful, but professional camera experience matters more to us than the logo on the camera you currently use. Our post-production workflow is Adobe-first and operates within a Windows/Microsoft environment. All company and client footage is transferred to and managed through company-provided systems. Because our work happens throughout Middle Tennessee, this role involves regular local travel to listings, developments, events, and shoot locations. How to Apply Skip the formal cover letter. We'd rather see what you can make.
