Job Description

Shoot dates are Sept. 29 and Oct. 1st (no coverage needed on Sept. 30th) Dallas, TX Need a skilled videographer to capture a roundtable meeting, interviews, and a reception. This person will run camera, audio and lighting for the shoot days.
Capture includes:
2 days of audio and video capture of man-on-the-street testimonial interviews. Interviews will be conducted in a stationary location (potential to move once or twice per day, but will not be run-and-gun style.
Location:
Interior hotel event center.
Gear needed:
single 4K camera setup with tripod, interview lighting kit, and audio gear suitable for capturing professional level sound in a crowded environment.
Media transfer:
A media plan will be decided upon by you and the event point of contact in advance of the shoot. Either a card transfer to harddrive on site, or an upload to FTP after wrap.
Details:
Experience with event/meeting videography is a must. An event point-of-contact will supply the talent for the interviews.
