This is a 134 Unit Apartment complex we acquired recently and we would like to capture the rehab process from before until finish. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage, editing videos with precision, and producing engaging multimedia projects that resonate with diverse audiences. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence across multiple platforms, ensuring every visual element aligns with our innovative vision. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical skills and artistic flair in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Duties Operate professional filming equipment to capture high-resolution video footage for various projects, including live events, promotional content, and social media campaigns Edit raw footage using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to create polished final products Incorporate graphic design elements using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to enhance visual storytelling Manage lighting setups utilizing theatrical lighting equipment, rigging techniques, and lighting systems to ensure optimal video quality during shoots Handle audio and video processing tasks to produce clear sound and crisp visuals suitable for broadcast or online distribution Coordinate with creative teams to plan shot lists, storyboards, and production schedules for seamless execution of projects Operate broadcast studio equipment and support live event AV production projects, ensuring smooth delivery of live content Skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and InDesign Strong videography skills with experience in filming using professional cameras and lighting gear for various settings Expertise in post-production editing techniques for both short-form content and longer projects Knowledge of theatrical lighting equipment, rigging methods, and lighting for video production environments Familiarity with audio systems and audio/video processing tools to enhance overall production quality Experience working on live event AV production projects and managing broadcast studio equipment operation Ability to apply technical proficiency in media editing tools for efficient workflow management Solid understanding of photography principles alongside videography skills to capture compelling visuals Join us as a Videographer/Editor and become a vital part of creating captivating visual stories that inspire audiences worldwide!
