Job Description

About Team Enoch Team Enoch is a licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and roofing company founded in 2015, serving the Texas Triangle (DFW, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston) and Central Florida (Orlando and Tampa). We complete 15,000+ residential jobs a year with a 4.9/5.0 Google rating, built on transparent pricing and no-subcontractor service. The role You're an experienced video creator who is natural on camera and knows what makes content perform — strong hooks in the first seconds, formats that hold attention, steady framing, and clean audio from a phone rig. You do NOT need an HVAC background: every video comes with a pre-written script that our senior technicians fact-check, techs are available to walk you through any concept before you shoot, and for deep technical topics you can host interview-style while a tech gives the answer. You'll be the on-camera face and field content producer for Team Enoch's video and blog engine: honest, real-number answers to the questions homeowners actually search. You shoot; a full-time editor cuts and publishes; our SEO lead turns your transcripts into blog posts. Your first 40 days (pre-built assignment) A complete 40-day shoot calendar with scripts is waiting for you: one short video per weekday, shot on a phone — cost breakdowns, repair-vs-replace calls, install walkthroughs, equipment comparisons. Opening lines and outlines are pre-written and tech-verified; your job is to deliver them naturally and shoot them well. Shoot 1 pre-scripted calendar video per weekday (5/week). Record 3 customer testimonial videos per week (starting week 2), coordinated with the install team. Fill script placeholders with actual Team Enoch pricing — real numbers on camera are our core strategy. Capture required footage and job photos during every install and testimonial shoot. Deliver short clips and job photos to our SEO lead for Google Business Profile posting. Ongoing responsibilities (after day 40) Blog videos (5/week): record audio/video answers to assigned topics; review the AI-drafted blog posts for clarity and flow, verifying technical details with our senior techs; shoot a short video for each blog for website, GMB, and social. Ad videos (5-10/week): script and record Facebook ad videos with our Facebook representative and sales team. Customer testimonials (3/week): identify happy install customers with the field team and record testimonials, paired with review requests. HVAC installation videos (1/week): full walkthroughs of our install process on real jobs, ending with the actual final price. Continue supplying GMB clips and job photos, and keep all published pricing current. Requirements Proven experience recording video content — include links or a portfolio (social channels, YouTube, client work, or personal projects).
Camera-friendly:
natural, confident, and personable on camera in English. You know what types of videos work and how to shoot them well — hooks in the first seconds, formats that hold attention (talking heads, walkthroughs, b-roll, interviews), framing, lighting, and clean audio on a phone rig. Able to shoot steady phone video and coordinate around live residential job sites safely.
Organized:
works a fixed daily shoot calendar and hits weekly quotas. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. HVAC knowledge is a plus, not a requirement — we will teach you everything you need. Not required HVAC experience — scripts are pre-written and fact-checked by our senior technicians, and techs join you on camera for deep technical topics. Video editing — a full-time editor cuts, captions, and publishes everything you shoot. Writing — blog drafts are generated from your recordings; you review them for clarity, with our techs verifying technical details. SEO knowledge — our SEO lead handles keywords, GMB, and publishing. Success looks like (first 90 days) All 40 calendar videos shot and delivered, with real pricing throughout. Consistent 3/week testimonial cadence with the install team. GMB clip/photo pipeline running weekly with zero chasing. Blog reviews turned around within 24 hours of receiving drafts (post-day 40).
To apply:
Send a 60-second phone video of yourself explaining something you know well — any topic. Unedited is fine; we're watching how you hook us, not how you edit. That video is your first interview — send one that does a great job, and we'll bring you in to meet the team in person. •Send video and most updated resume to Recruitment@teamenoch.com
Pay:
$26.00 - $32.00 per hour
Benefits:
Health insurance Paid time off
