Resolve Creative Solutions is expanding our Houston-based production network and is seeking two experienced contract videographers to support upcoming client productions. This opportunity will begin on a project basis, with the potential to develop into an ongoing contractor relationship for the right individuals. Resolve Creative Solutions works with business owners, executives, organizations, and personal brands to produce intentional, premium media. We are looking for videographers who understand that excellent production is about more than capturing a beautiful image. You must be able to understand creative direction, protect the client's brand, work efficiently within an established production system, and consistently deliver at a professional standard. What You'll Be Shooting Productions may include: Short-form vertical video Talking-head and educational content Personal brand content Executive and business content Social media campaigns B-roll and lifestyle footage Interview-style content Multi-client content production days You may work with several clients, sets, shot lists, and creative directions during a single production day. Equipment Requirements Candidates must own and be proficient with a professional production setup. Sony camera systems are strongly preferred, ideally Sony FX3 or higher/equivalent professional cinema setup.

What We're Looking For You should be highly proficient in: Camera operation Manual exposure White balance Composition and framing Lighting Professional audio capture Shooting for vertical/social-first delivery Working from shot lists and creative briefs Maintaining consistency across multiple pieces of content Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment You must also be able to adapt quickly. Our production environments can involve multiple clients and moving parts, so we need professionals who can receive direction, understand the objective, and execute without requiring constant supervision.

You are still learning fundamental camera, lighting, or audio skills You require continuous supervision to complete assignments You struggle with punctuality or preparation You are uncomfortable working within established brand guidelines You have difficulty adapting during live productions You prefer complete creative control rather than executing an established creative direction You are unable to work efficiently under production deadlines Our team is there to serve the client. Professionalism, preparation, attention to detail, and the client experience are non-negotiable. Contractor Opportunity This is a contract position , not a full-time employee role. We are initially filling two videographer positions for upcoming Houston productions. However, we are intentionally looking for professionals who may become part of our ongoing contractor network as Resolve Creative Solutions continues expanding its production capabilities. Future opportunities may include content production days, executive/personal brand shoots, client campaigns, live productions, and other Resolve Creative Solutions projects.
