VESS Consulting Group is a marketing firm in Austin that focuses on branding and B2B for local Austin businesses. We are looking for a freelance Content Creator / Videographer who can assist the marketing team in creating engaging social media content for our clients. This role includes filming, photography, video editing, and occasionally appearing on camera for social media and promotional content. We have a flexible schedule and work collaboratively to achieve the best results for every client. We are looking for someone with strong visual, communication, and organizational skills who is comfortable bringing creative ideas to life both behind and in front of the camera.

Preferred qualities include:

1+ years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, as well as video and photo editing. Comfortable appearing on camera for social media videos, reels, and promotional content when needed. Experience editing short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Organized and able to complete tasks in a timely manner. A motivated self-starter. Creative and trend-aware. Ideally speaks Spanish. Ideally has their own equipment. Please share your portfolio and any social media content samples you have created.

Perks:

Flexible scheduling. Pay per event/project. Multiple events and shoots per month. We represent clients not only in Austin but also in surrounding areas such as Waco, Leander, Kyle, etc. It is important that the Content Creator has an open schedule and reliable transportation to travel to these locations when needed. Videographer Fees:

Photoshoot (minimum 30 pictures): $180 per client Videography (includes editing - max 4 min): $200 per client Photography & Videography (same-day shoot): $280 per client Short-form social media content packages may vary depending on scope and editing requirements. Mileage will additionally be paid at the local standard rate on non-local shoots. More complex video requests from clients would have to be submitted for approval and quoted separately.
