Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Videographer to join our creative media team. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality video content by assisting with filming, camera setup, lighting, sound recording, and post-production editing. Your passion for visual storytelling and technical proficiency will help bring compelling narratives to life across various platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your videography skills while contributing to engaging multimedia projects. Responsibilities Assist with setting up camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and other video recording tools to ensure optimal shot quality. Support the filming process by operating cameras and capturing footage according to project specifications. Manage audio and video processing tasks, including sound recording for video production and ensuring clear audio quality. Collaborate with the creative team to plan shot lists, storyboard ideas, and coordinate filming schedules. Aid in post-production activities such as media editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop for visual effects and enhancements. Maintain organized media libraries and ensure all footage is properly labeled and stored for easy access during editing. Contribute to lighting setups that enhance visual storytelling and ensure professional-quality footage. Experience Demonstrated experience with videography, filming techniques, and camera operation. Familiarity with media editing tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom), Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Knowledge of sound recording for video production and audio/video processing techniques. Basic understanding of photography principles and lighting for video production. Technical proficiency with video recording equipment and media editing software. Strong eye for visual storytelling combined with a proactive approach to learning new skills. Prior experience supporting multimedia projects or working in a fast-paced creative environment is preferred but not required. Pay:
