Ironclad Plumbing is looking for a part-time content creator to help capture authentic photo and video content from our plumbing jobs, team, and day-to-day operations. This is a flexible contract opportunity, not a traditional full-time marketing position. We already have a marketing team that handles our broader digital marketing and content strategy.

Your primary job is simple:

get out in the field, find interesting things happening, and capture great content. One day you might film a sewer replacement. Another day you could capture a commercial plumbing project, a technician explaining a repair, before-and-after footage, new equipment, or behind-the-scenes content with our team. What you'll do: Visit Ironclad jobsites around Sherman, Denison and surrounding North Texas areas Capture vertical video and quality photos Film before, during and after project footage Capture technicians explaining interesting repairs and projects Look for interesting behind-the-scenes moments and opportunities for content Occasionally capture team events, company culture and other Ironclad activities Organize and deliver footage to our marketing team Perform basic editing when needed What we're looking for: Comfortable shooting high-quality content with a modern smartphone or camera Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok and other short-form content Good eye for interesting shots and storytelling Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally to jobsites Comfortable interacting with plumbers, customers and our team Able to work independently without needing constant direction Reliable and responsive when good content opportunities come up Professional videography experience is not required . We're more interested in creativity, reliability and whether you understand what makes good social content. This could be a great opportunity for a college student, aspiring content creator, photographer/videographer building a portfolio, or freelancer looking for consistent recurring work.

Schedule:

Flexible, approximately 5-10 hours per week depending on projects and content opportunities.

Pay:

$600.00 - $1,200.00 per month
