Evenings and weekends required TopFloor is a fast-growing sports card entertainment company with a combined audience of more than 89,000 followers across our two Whatnot channels . Our primary TopFloor channel has more than 69,000 followers, while our secondary channel has grown to more than 20,000 followers. We produce high-energy live shows featuring sports card repacks, team breaks, auctions, giveaways, and constant audience interaction. As we expand our streaming schedule across both channels, we're looking for confident and dependable personalities who can become part of our next generation of hosts. You do not need previous sports card breaking experience. We can teach card knowledge, auction pacing, and our show formats. What we're looking for first is reliability, personality, competitiveness, coachability, and the ability to connect with an audience. The Role As a TopFloor Stream Host, you'll entertain and sell to a live online audience while presenting sports cards, explaining products, running auctions, reacting to major hits, and keeping viewers engaged throughout the show. New hosts will complete a paid training and audition process before running shows independently. You'll begin by learning our products, shadowing experienced team members, practicing off-camera, cohosting live shows, and gradually taking over larger hosting segments. This is not a traditional retail position. It combines live entertainment, sales, sports knowledge, and audience engagement. Responsibilities Host and cohost live sports card shows across our Whatnot channels Present products clearly and build excitement around each auction Interact naturally with viewers and respond to live chat Maintain strong energy during both busy and slower portions of a show Learn NFL players, teams, card products, values, and hobby terminology Handle valuable sports cards carefully and accurately Explain chase structures, giveaways, and show formats Work closely with hosts, cohosts, and production staff Participate in practice sessions and performance reviews Follow company procedures and Whatnot marketplace policies Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to perform for every shift Required Qualifications Highly dependable and punctual Confident, energetic, and comfortable speaking on camera Genuine knowledge of and interest in sports—especially the NFL, then NBA and MLB as well Strong conversational and people skills Coachable and able to apply feedback quickly Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment Able to stay composed when handling mistakes or unexpected situations Available for evening and weekend shifts Able to work in person at our Olympia, Washington streaming facility Willing to develop strong sports card and hobby knowledge Preferred, But Not Required Sports card collecting or breaking experience Livestreaming, broadcasting, podcasting, or content-creation experience Sales, casino dealing, sports media, or entertainment experience Familiarity with Whatnot or other live-commerce platforms Strong NFL, fantasy football, or sports memorabilia knowledge Experience building an audience or online community You May Be a Great Fit If You Are The person everyone wants involved in a sports debate Naturally entertaining without forcing it Competitive and motivated by measurable results Comfortable talking continuously while remaining authentic Great at making new people feel included Interested in becoming a recognizable personality in the sports card hobby Looking for an opportunity to grow with an expanding brand Paid Training and Growth Selected candidates will participate in a paid host-development process that may include: Sports card and product education Off-camera mock auctions Shadowing experienced TopFloor hosts Cohosting and viewer-chat responsibilities Short live hosting segments Auction pacing and sales coaching Recorded performance reviews Card-handling, show-procedure, and platform-compliance training Team members who successfully complete training may advance into independent hosting shifts, increased hours, and leadership opportunities as TopFloor expands its streaming operation across both channels.
