• Responsibilities Draft persuasive and comprehensive personal injury settlement demands and demand packages. Review and analyze medical records, medical bills, treatment histories, accident reports, photographs, insurance information,
• and other case documentation. Develop clear narratives regarding liability, causation, injuries, treatment, and damages. Summarize complex medical treatment and terminology in a clear and persuasive manner. Calculate and present damages, including medical expenses, lost wages, future treatment, pain and suffering, and other
• economic and non-economic damages.

Clearly communicate how injuries have impacted clients' work, daily activities, and overall quality of life. Ensure demand packages contain all necessary records, bills, evidence, and supporting documentation.
