SOP Writer

A services organization in Hollywood, Florida, is actively seeking a new SOP Writer to join their Fleet Management team, developing standard operating procedures by collaborating with internal staff.  About the

Friday Hours:

8am to 5pm (40 hr work week)

Office environment

Responsibilities:

Writing, reviewing, and updating SOPs for various processes Ensuring all SOPs are clear, concise, and compliant with relevant regulations Collaborating with department heads and staff to gather necessary information for SOP development Conducting regular reviews and audits of existing SOPs to identify areas for improvement Assisting in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience writing SOPs and policies Bachelor's degree in a related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Fleet and/or Fixed Asset Management Knowledge of Adobe Experience with Policy Development and Implementation Knowledge of Regulatory requirements related to Fleet Management
