Job Description

Our firm is seeking a full-time legal assistant/demand writer to join our energetic and rapidly growing personal injury law firm. The legal assistant/demand writer will be responsible following job duties: Review and compile documentation such as medical and billing records Draft demand letters Maintain accurate records of settlements and related details Manage incoming settlement offers Correspond with insurance adjusters Communicate with clients and address any questions they may have regarding the settlement process
