Job Description
Charles Happel, Inc. is a Customs Brokerage firm and we are currently offering a Hybrid position for a Customs Entry Writer with a minimum of 2-3 year's experience.
Requirements:
- Fulfilling ISF tasks in a timely manner
- Entering and transmitting accurate entries to Customs and other PGA's
- Validating the correct classification tariff number according to the HTSUSA
- Must follow the brokerage's standard operating procedures (SOPS) for all clients
- Proficient in CargoWiseOne
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Work along with the CHB as well as being part of the brokerage team
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organization and interpersonal skills
