full-time Thinking Media Productions is looking for an exceptional Documentary Writer / Producer to join our team in Miami and work on long-form documentaries that reach millions of viewers. We cover business, technology, culture, politics and the forces shaping modern society. Across our network, our content reaches more than 20 million long-form views per month. We are looking for someone who can take complex topics and turn them into clear, compelling stories that people want to keep watching. You might come from journalism, documentary production, digital media, screenwriting or another storytelling background. Previous YouTube experience is not required. What you'll do

• Research and develop documentary stories
• Write long-form scripts
• Find strong angles, characters and narratives within complex subjects
• Work closely with editors and producers to tell stories visually
• Help develop original documentary ideas
• Shape interview and B-roll footage into clear, compelling story sections What we're looking for
• Exceptional writing and storytelling ability
• Strong research and editorial judgment
• Curiosity about business, culture, technology and society
• Ability to simplify complicated subjects without making them feel simplistic
• Strong understanding of what keeps an audience engaged
• Ambitious, collaborative and comfortable working quickly This is a full-time, in-person role based in Miami .
