POSITION

We require a Project Facilitator with effective communication to meet with potential clients in their homes, understanding the needs in improvements, remodeling, painting, flooring, concrete, etc. that they need, offering relevant ideas and recommendations to obtain the necessary and accurate information, which allows our Estimating team to create the Estimates for the projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct 3 to 5 on-site visits (depending on complexity) to understand the owners' vision and their project requirements. Take photographs, videos, scans, drone shots as necessary to describe in detail the scope of the projects and thus provide complete information to the Estimates team. Deliver organized and detailed information that guarantees fluid project planning and customer satisfaction.

Place of residence Atlanta (GA).

Native English (Spanish is a plus)

Valid driving license. Analysis capacity to evaluate the needs of the project, detail-oriented Teamwork Attention to service. Proactive Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
