You must:

have a degree or equivalent in the subject (or a related subject) for which you are applying, havea minimum of two years' experience teaching the subject (or a related subject) for which they are applying to students of 16 to 18 years ofage (DP), have a detailed, up-to-date knowledge of the subject for which they are applying, be familiar with the principlesand challenges of good assessment including the design of assessments, demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the use oftechnology in assessment processes, including the use of eMarking tools and on-screen assessment, demonstrate an understanding ofand commitment to international education, have the ability to communicate, read documents and write reports in English.
