Type:

full-time Key Responsibilities Prepare and file U.S. Customs entries, including entry summaries and ISF filings, for import shipments. Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documents for accuracy and completeness. Classify goods using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) and confirm classifications with a supervisor when needed. Enter and maintain shipment and entry data in company systems, including CargoWise. Communicate with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve missing or incorrect documentation. Monitor entry status and follow up on holds, exams, or requests for additional information from CBP. Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and audit requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus. 1-2 years exp Experience with CargoWise is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work on-site five days a week.
