Type:
full-time World class manufacturer and key business unit within a publicly traded corporation with record revenues and profits in 2025. This B2B is poised for growth with strong backlog and customer relations. Growth has come from product development, expanding customer base and satisfaction, and reinvestment into infrastructure. Lead daily manufacturing operations (40-50 employees) in a highly regulated engineered to spec manufacturer of products sold to global OEM markets with high quality standards. Looking for hands-on leadership to drive operations excellence for fitting, welding, and assembly operations. Champion Lean Manufacturing, process improvements, and equipment reliability. Create and manage production plans to meet customer delivery commitments. Drive operational excellence through effective resource allocation, workforce planning, and production scheduling. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, throughput, scrap, labor efficiency, and schedule attainment. Partner with Quality and Engineering teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions. Monitor work center load, labor capacity, tooling availability, and competing priorities to support short- and mid-term execution decisions. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions. Team with Supply Chain to develop material replenishment system. Contribute to annual operating plans and long-term strategic initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
BS required (ideally in Engineering). Musthave 8+ years of manufacturing experience and most recently managing and mentoring welding and assembly operations within an ISO or AS9100 setting. Must be on-site Monday through Friday.
REWARD :
$165,000 to $185,000 DOE plus excellent benefits and upside to Director level; relocation assistance offered.
