Position Summary:

IBC Customs Brokerage, Inc. is hiring an Import Entry Clerk to process high-volume international e-commerce imports. This role requires processing entries through ABI software, managing data files in Excel, and managing PGA compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Transmit high-volume ecommerce entries via ABI software. Use Excel to filter, format, and audit large data manifests pre-transmission. Perform post-transmission data audits for due diligence after automated systems process entries. Manage PGA elements (i.e. FDA) and track entry releases or CBP holds. Verify HTS classifications, valuation, and origin data.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in a licensed U.S. Customs Brokerage.

Systems:

Direct proficiency with ABI software and Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs).

Specialization:

Direct experience with high-volume Entry Type 11 (ET11) filings.

Compliance:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
