Plan Writer

Minimum Qualifications:

18 years of age, or high school graduate / equivalent. Must have a valid NYS driver's lisence with one year liscensed driving experience and adequate transportation. Must possess superior written communication skills. Excellent computer skills including Word and Excel and ability to work within Precision Care a necessity. Some flexibility of schedule required.

Preferred Characteristics:

Someone who has a positive attitude, work in the best interest of people, detail oriented, time management skills, works well with a team., mature, creative, a good listener, responsible, seeks new knowledge, and demonstrates an understanding of issues in the coordination habilitation.
