Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth clearance processes while managing risks associated with non-compliance or delays. Maintain detailed records of customs transactions, regulatory reporting, and compliance management activities using global trade management software and Excel data analysis tools. Monitor changes in international trade regulations, including Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines, to ensure ongoing compliance across all operations. Conduct regular audits of import/export activities to identify potential issues related to logistics compliance or trade restrictions. Support export management initiatives by coordinating documentation and ensuring adherence to international trade laws and supply chain standards. Requirements Proven experience in customs brokerage management, import/export procedures, or related roles within logistics or supply chain environments. Technical proficiency with global trade management software, Excel data analysis, and report writing for regulatory reporting purposes.
