$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Job description: About Us Edinburg Tractor Sales is a Kioti, New Holland, and Hustler dealership in Rootstown, Ohio. We're growing our online presence and need someone to help us show off our equipment the right way — great photos, engaging video, and active listings that actually sell. What You'll Do Shoot video and photograph tractors, ag equipment, construction equipment, and lawn mowers on our lot (fresh inventory, sold items, walk-arounds) Shoot and edit short-form video content (equipment features, walk-throughs, behind-the-scenes at the dealership) — behind the camera only, not on-screen Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and Facebook Reels Post tractor listings to Facebook Marketplace through our dealership Facebook page, keeping them accurate, current, and removed once sold. Keep photos and video organized in a clear, labeled system (by unit, make/model, or date) so content is easy to find and reuse. This system will be provided to you buy us. Occasionally assist with posting content to our Facebook/Instagram pages What You Won't Do You will not appear in any photos or videos You will not communicate with Marketplace leads or customers — inquiries get routed straight to our sales team What We're Looking For Comfortable using a smartphone or camera to shoot clean, well-lit photos and video Video editing skills required — cutting, trimming, adding captions/text, music/sound syncing, and formatting for short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) Understanding of what makes short-form content perform well on each platform (pacing, hooks, vertical format, etc.) Strong organizational habits — you'll be managing a growing library of photos and video and need to keep it tidy Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on the lot Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace and basic social platforms Own transportation to our Rootstown, OH location Experience with tractors/equipment is a plus but not required — we'll teach you what you need to know about the products

$15-25/hour, based on experience

10-25 hours/week, flexible daytime hours (some weekend availability a plus)
