We are seeking a detail-driven content evaluation specialist to help refine AI-powered member experiences through expert judgment, clear documentation, and disciplined review of media-related datasets. Our team is looking for someone who can bring deep knowledge of films and series, especially across genres and global streaming landscapes, to support search and content evaluation work that directly improves quality at scale.
Responsibilities:
Rate, annotate, and review content recommendations and generated text to support training, evaluation, and quality improvement of large language models. Apply established guidelines and expert judgment to capture nuance, intent, and context within creative content. Review and validate datasets used in AI and machine-learning workflows for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Document evaluations and rationale in a clear, objective, and concise manner while collaborating with internal partners across product, data, and AI teams.
Required:
Prior experience in media as a writer, editor, content designer, or metadata analyst, or experience as a domain-expert content labeler and AI trainer. Expert in entertainment, LATAM, Telenovelas or K Drama or Turkish entertainment is preferred Deep knowledge of films and series across genres, with a strong understanding of the U.S. entertainment industry and the global streaming landscape. Ability to distinguish nuances within different content genres and distill the essence of a film or series in an objective, concise manner. Fluency in English with strong conversational writing skills. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred If not fluent in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese or Korean fluency is preferred Experience working with large data catalogs is a plus.
