• $70,000 New Jersey | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote — fully office-based for the first 2-3 months of probation) Our client is a well-established, global freight forwarding and logistics provider with a strong footprint in international trade, working with businesses across a range of industries including retail/fashion and steel products (including steel pipe).

They're looking to add a 6th member to their high-performing, 5-person customs brokerage team. The Role This is a customs entry-focused position — no broader trade compliance responsibilities. You'll be: Preparing and processing customs entries in CargoWise for import shipments Ensuring accurate classification, valuation, and documentation for smooth customs clearance Working across a book of business spanning retail/fashion and steel products Liaising with CBP, carriers, and internal operations teams to resolve entry-related queries Joining an established team of 5, reporting into a stable, experienced brokerage function What We're Looking For Hands-on CargoWise experience — essential Solid background in customs entry writing / customs brokerage Experience with retail, fashion, or steel commodities a plus Comfortable with an in-office-first onboarding period before shifting to hybrid What's on Offer $65K
