is an established, rapidly growing, veteran-owned small business providing Global Logistics and Supply Chain management, systems and analysis. We are seeking a Doctrine & Policy Writer/Program Manager who will thrive in a challenging, rewarding, process-oriented environment. You will be part of a team supporting the Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC), Installations and Logistics (I&L), Logistics Current and Future Operations Branch (LPOV) to provide subject matter expertise to support the GPN PO across its functional areas: Governance, Fiscal, and Joint Logistics Enterprise (JLEnt)/HN. The primary objective is to provide on-site and off-site support to staff the PO, ensuring that GPN program actions are synchronized, and capabilities are effectively managed and modernized. The Doctrine & Policy Writer / Program Manager provides skilled technical writing support for projects; assists in collecting and organizing information required for preparation of reports, studies, and analyses; edits customer deliverables and documents and has a demonstrated ability to work independently or under general direction.
Location:
Primarily on-site, Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Periodic remote work based on space availability.
Salary:
A salary range of $155,000 - $175,000 is available for this position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Provide the program and contract administration support necessary to execute all tasks detailed within this PWS, serving as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Provide dedicated doctrine and policy writing support to the Governance Section. Under this task, the contractor will leverage operational experience to operationalize concepts and codify GPN processes into official Service publications. Write, edit, and update CONOPS, service-level logistics doctrine, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) related to the GPN. Assist in drafting and analyzing official policy documents such as Marine Corps Orders (MCOs) and Navy Marine Corps (NAVMC)s, staffing them through the formal departmental coordination process. Extract, analyze, and integrate operational lessons learned from exercises and real-world movements to update existing doctrine

U.S. Citizenship required
Clearance:
Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred
Education and Experience:
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree Minimum 8 years of relevant DoW or Federal experience. Eight (8) years of experience in managing and directing DoW projects and programs related to logistics initiatives and/or technology development/integration. Eight (8) years of related experience supporting USMC Headquarters Departments and coordination with the FMF. Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic Military Service environment. Experience integrating USMC Force Design and logistics requirements.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
