Successful candidates will patrol campus, issue parking citations, monitor parking lots, direct and control traffic during events, and other duties as assigned. Individuals may be required to drive a golf cart. This position requires working outside throughout the year and in a variety of weather conditions. Experience preferred, but not required. Responsibilities Patrol assigned areas to monitor parking activities and enforce regulations effectively. Issue parking citations to vehicles violating parking laws, ensuring clear documentation of violations. Use parking enforcement technology such as handheld devices and digital ticketing systems to record violations accurately. Communicate clearly with colleagues and the public via two-way radio to coordinate enforcement activities and report incidents. Walk designated routes to visually inspect parking zones, verify compliance, and address any safety concerns. Provide courteous assistance to motorists, answer questions about parking regulations, and promote positive community relations. Job Requirements We are in search of customer service oriented professionals who can successfully enforce parking regulations on a college campus. Must be available to work weekdays, some evenings and weekends Must be dependable and flexible with schedule Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision Some computer knowledge is required Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must
