Prepare, review, and submit accurate customs entries, Importer Security Filings (ISFs), and in-bond shipments ahead of deadlines.

Document Audit:

Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading to ensure 100% accuracy and CBP compliance.

Tariff Application:

Apply the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), Section 232/301, and special trade programs correctly.

Client & Logistics Coordination:

Track shipments, coordinate cargo releases with carriers/warehouses, and keep clients updated with top-notch customer service.

Billing & Records:

Assist with client quotes, entry invoicing, and maintaining precise shipment records.

Working hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00

PM Skills:

Prior experience handling client onboarding, logistics quoting, and billing procedures. English/Spanish communication skills are a huge plus in the RGV border market!
