Job Description

  • Customs Entry Writer
  • Our client, a well-established logistics and customs brokerage company, is seeking an experienced
  • Customs Entry Writer
  • to join their team.
  • Candidates should have experience processing customs entries, in-bonds, customs documentation (7501/3461), and logistics paperwork. FTZ experience preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Process customs entries and in-bonds accurately and on time + Review invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documents + Coordinate transportation and shipment movement + Maintain customs records and compliance documentation + Support customers with brokerage and logistics inquiries
  • Qualifications
  • + Minimum 1 year of Customs Brokerage experience + Experience with entries, in-bonds, and customs documentation + Strong attention to detail + Excellent communication and organizational skills
