Job Description

Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction. Review and prioritize documents accurately and efficiently. Prepare and manage entries and entry summaries with precision. Submit all necessary documentation to Customs promptly and accurately. Efficiently dispatch freight in accordance with operational requirements. Maintain and update customer profiles for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Offer support for various operational functions as needed. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and various PC-based software, including Windows and email Willingness to learn and develop the industry specific skills Professionalism and formality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail High level of Integrity Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience with a focus on customer service will also be considered CCS (Certified Customs Specialist) Certification Preferred
