Commission-Based:

What You'll Do Consult & Design:

Visit homeowners to listen to their needs, assess their projects, and provide expert design solutions for roofing, siding, windows, baths and more.

Build Trusting Relationships:

Act as a dedicated advisor. Our success is built on honesty, clear communication, and ensuring the customer feels confident in their investment.

Visual Presentations:

Use digital tools (SketchUp/CAD) to create layouts that help clients visualize their home's transformation. Manage the

Handle the full sales cycle—from initial measurements and product selection to signed contracts and project hand-offs. Requirements (Must Have)

Background Check:

Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.

Reliable Transportation:

You must have your own reliable vehicle to travel to scheduled client appointments.

Valid Insurance:

Proof of valid vehicle insurance and a clean driving record are required.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

You must be comfortable with a 100% commission structure and driven by results.

People First:

Strong active listening skills and the ability to explain technical concepts simply.

Design-Minded:
