Customer Care Coordinator Image 360 & Crown Trophy - Oshkosh, WI Full‑time | On‑site For over 30 years , Image 360 and Crown Trophy have been trusted providers of signs, graphics, awards, and recognition products in the Oshkosh area. We are looking for a self‑motivated, friendly, and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Coordinator . Position Summary The Customer Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for our customers. You'll greet walk‑ins, answer phones, assist with orders, and help ensure every client has a positive experience. This role is ideal for someone with a warm personality who enjoys helping people and keeping projects organized. Key Responsibilities Customer Service — Greet walk‑in customers, answer phones, and provide helpful, friendly service. Suggestive Selling — Guide new customers toward products and solutions that fit their needs. Order Pickups — Cashier customer pickups accurately and professionally. Shipping Prep — Prepare completed orders for shipment. Client Follow‑Up — Notify customers when orders are complete and follow up after project delivery. Order Entry — Enter new orders into Sign Tracker software. Inventory Support — Maintain product sample inventory and keep displays organized. Apparel Check‑In — Assist with receiving and verifying apparel orders. Production Assistance — Support Image 360 and Crown Trophy production tasks as needed. Relationship Building — Build ongoing rapport with walk‑in and phone clients. Social Media Support — Assist with basic social media posting and engagement. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
