Onsite•onsite Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end users Provide basic networking support including IP and DNS configurations Assist with cybersecurity measures such as MFA and phishing protection Utilize ticketing systems like ServiceNow to track and resolve issues Troubleshoot Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints Resolve issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems Support Microsoft M365 productivity tools including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams Requirements Experience with troubleshooting Palo Alto Network Global Protect client issues on Windows endpoints Experience troubleshooting issues on Microsoft Windows 11 operating systems Proficiency with Microsoft M365 software (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams) Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional presence and ability to work well in a team Detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures Basic networking and cybersecurity knowledge (IP, DNS, MFA, phishing) Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow Minimum of 0 years of related experience Nice to have: CompTIA A+ Certification Microsoft 365
