Job Description:
: Detail Technician
  • CNC Finisher We are seeking 1 qualified candidate available to work on the following days and times:
  • 1st
Shift:
Monday
  • Friday from 7:00 a.
m. to 4:00 p.m.
JOB SUMMARY STMW
Manufacturing is seeking a Detail Technician
  • CNC Finisher to support our machining operations by performing precision finishing, deburring, and detailing of CNC-machined components.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience working with tight tolerances, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts that meet customer and industry standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deburr, polish, and detail precision CNC-machined parts to print specifications
  • Remove sharp edges and surface imperfections while maintaining dimensional integrity
  • Perform hand finishing using tools such as files, grinders, sanders, and polishing equipment
  • Inspect parts using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.)
  • Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
  • Maintain compliance with
ISO 9001
2015 quality standards and documentation requirements
  • Identify and report non-conformances
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support production team to meet daily output and quality goals
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience in CNC finishing, deburring, or precision manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and specialty materials preferred
  • Familiarity with measuring tools and inspection techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience in semiconductor or high-precision manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of ISO quality systems
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Good hand-eye coordination
