Detailer - boat dealership

Overview Join our dynamic boat dealership team as a Detailer, where your passion for cleanliness and attention to detail will shine! This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, time management and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities Detailer will be responsible for inspecting boats for defects, such as scratches, decal defects, blemishes, etc before and after servicing to ensure quality standards Perform through cleaning and detailing of boats. Exterior/interior detailing including washing, waxing, buffing, polishing Apply protective sealants or ceramic coatings on exterior Scrubbing interiors and applying protective coating Ensure all work areas are organized, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations Experience willingness to learn is valued Experience in vehicle detailing is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment Background in buffing, polishing, detailing and protective coating application enhances your ability to deliver top-quality results This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills detailing while contributing to an energetic team.
