In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining a variety of software applications, with opportunities to work across different technologies and industries.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Develop, modify, and optimize code for new and existing software applications
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues within applications
  • Implement best practices for software development, including security, scalability, and performance
  • Maintain documentation for software features, configurations, and code changes
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for software development processes
  • Ensure delivered software meets quality standards and complies with company and client requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
  • Experience with software design, development, and implementation
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Familiarity with software development tools, version control systems (such as Git), and agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of web frameworks, APIs, and microservices architecture
  • Experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment tools
  • Exposure to UI/UX design principles
