This role is the engine room of our guest experience—equal parts prep artist, dish wizard, and glass-polishing perfectionist.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and assemble small bites and light food offerings Handle dishwashing and maintain a clean, organized workspace Polish glassware to a sparkling finish Support all back-of-house operations as needed like breaking down cardboard and organizing the refrigerator. The Rhythm of the

Role:

Like a good vintage, the pace has layers—rushes of high-energy service followed by quieter stretches. You'll need to shift gears comfortably and stay productive in both tempos.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Strong communication skills and team awareness A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Minimal phone use during busy service times Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is a bonus. Familiarity with kitchen tasks such as cooking, food preparation, and cleaning is desirable Knowledge of food handling safety regulations will be required.

Compensation:

Base salary plus a percentage of tips
