We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostician/ARD Facilitator to join our team at Eustace ISD District Wide. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and assessing the educational needs of our students to ensure they receive the best possible support and assistance.Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive educational assessments and evaluations to identify the educational needs of students. 2. Facilitate Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are present and informed. 3. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). 4. Provide guidance and support to school staff and parents regarding special education processes and procedures. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and development. 6. Stay informed about current regulations and guidelines in special education.Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 3. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. 4. Proficient in data analysis and interpretation. 5. Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.Certifications:
The ideal candidate must hold relevant certifications in the field of education, special education, or a related field. Additional certifications that demonstrate expertise in educational diagnostics or facilitation will be highly regarded.
