Diesel Mechanic - Montevallo $20.00-$26.00 hr. +5% bonus every week!

Beelman Truck Co . is currently hiring a full-time experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our growing team at our Montevallo, AL terminal.

Schedule:

Sunday thru Wednesday 8:30 am - 7:00pm

Pay:

$20 - $26/hr. based on experience. Job Duties

• Diagnose mechanic and electrical problems using diagnostic tools and manuals
• Repair or replace faulty engine components like transmissions, brakes, and fuel systems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks like oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks
• Communicate effectively with drivers and supervisors to diagnose issues and explain repairs
• Maintain detailed records of services performed on vehicles
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and shop protocols Job Requirements
• Must possess own tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with your hands
• Strong understanding of Class 8 equipment in relation to DOT and TMC Standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position - lifting, bending, climbing, standing long periods of time, etc. Benefits
