Diesel Shop Foreman/Lead Technician (8 YRS EXP REQ)

Honor Diesel Repairs is a growing diesel repair shop specializing in commercial vehicles including semi-trucks, trailers, tow trucks, box trucks, and service trucks. We are looking for an experienced Shop Foreman to help lead daily shop operations, maintain quality repairs, and support a productive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day shop workflow and technician productivity Diagnose and assist with complex diesel repair issues Assign jobs to technicians and ensure repairs are completed efficiently Maintain repair quality standards and safety procedures Communicate with customers regarding repair updates when needed Assist with inspections, troubleshooting, and road service coordination Ensure proper use and maintenance of shop equipment and tools Help train and mentor technicians and apprentices Keep the shop organized, clean, and operating smoothly Work alongside technicians as needed during busy periods Qualifications 8+ years of diesel mechanic experience required Leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of diesel engines, aftertreatment systems, electrical diagnostics, air brakes, and trailers Ability to manage workflow in a fast-paced environment CDL is a plus but not required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Opportunity for growth within a growing company Supportive work environment Steady workflow with commercial fleet customers Overtime opportunities available Schedule Monday to Friday Day shift Overtime available
