Our mission is to provide exceptional care and services to our patients, residents, and guests, and we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team!
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with the preparation and service of meals to our patients, residents, and guests. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, including food preparation, plating, and delivery Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards Assist with inventory management, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and execute special events and meals Provide exceptional customer service to patients, residents, and guests, ensuring their dietary needs are met Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information Perform other duties as assigned by the Dietary Manager or other supervisory staff
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 0 years of experience in dietary services or a related field (training provided) Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with dietary software systems
Dietary Aide Shifts:
Full-time, 11am-730pm Alternating Weekends, Holidays.
