Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dietitian to provide nutrition services within a clinical healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will support patient nutritional care, conduct food safety education and audits, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote quality patient outcomes and regulatory compliance. This role requires flexibility to float between nearby facilities as needed.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient nutritional assessments and provide individualized nutrition recommendations Develop, implement, and monitor nutrition care plans based on patient needs and evidence-based practices Educate patients, families, and staff regarding nutrition, dietary guidelines, and healthy eating habits Conduct and support food safety audits and related education activities Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams regarding patient care plans Monitor patient dietary intake, tolerance, and compliance with prescribed nutrition plans Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement and nutrition-related initiatives Float between nearby healthcare locations as operationally required

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Dietitian experience required Food safety audit education experience required First-time travelers accepted Strong communication, organizational, and patient education skills required Ability to adapt to multiple clinical settings and work independently

ASAP No weekend coverage currently required Floating required between nearby facilities (up to 20 miles) Orientation will take place in Eureka with introduction to multiple facility locations Requested time off should not exceed 7 days during assignment
