Responsibilities Assist passengers with getting to there appointments, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles, including routine inspections and reporting any mechanical issues. Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and dispatchers to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly. Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure a secure transportation environment. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and passenger information for compliance purposes. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Knowledge of local traffic laws, safety standards, and vehicle maintenance basics. Experience in customer service roles demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. Must hold or be willing to obtain necessary certifications such as current drivers license, CPR (paid for by company), Defensive driving (paid for by company) along with HR trainings (paid for by company).
