Digital Production Artist

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Artist to create, revise, and prepare production-ready files for print and digital media. This role works closely with graphic designers, marketing teams, printers, and vendors to ensure all assets are accurate, brand-compliant, and delivered on schedule. Key Responsibilities Prepare and finalize artwork for print, digital, packaging, and marketing materials Resize, format, and adapt existing creative assets for multiple platforms and specifications Ensure files meet technical production requirements including color profiles, CMYK, bleeds, resolution, and typography standards Review layouts for quality assurance and accuracy before release Collaborate with team and external vendors Maintain brand consistency across all materials Organize and manage digital asset libraries and production files Troubleshoot file or formatting issues during production Assist in print production where necessary Meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously Requirements Proven experience in digital art, graphic design, or a related field with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Solid understanding of branding principles, visual design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout design, and typesetting. Experience with web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred. Knowledge of motion graphics creation for videos or animated assets is highly desirable. Strong understanding of print production processes and digital asset specifications Strong photography skills including photo manipulation and image editing techniques. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to team members and clients. Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes or print advertising is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
