This is a hands-on, non-traditional role with direct training from leadership . You will start with a strong focus on social media and short-form video content , with the opportunity to grow into event planning and operations over time with training. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content (Primary Focus) Create and post content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Develop short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Capture real-time content (behind-the-scenes, events, day-to-day) Manage posting schedule, engagement, and content calendar Assist with email marketing and website updates Event Operations (Training Provided) Support planning and execution of one annual medical/advocacy conference Assist with vendors, logistics, signage, and materials Help manage attendee lists, badges, and registration Provide on-site event support (setup, execution, teardown) Operational Support Assist with scheduling, emails, and general logistics Support travel coordination and day-to-day tasks Assist with errands and vendor coordination as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to take direction, move quickly, and adapt Strong communication skills Interest in social media, marketing, and content creation Comfortable in a fast-paced, fully in-person environment Preferred Experience with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube content Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe, etc.) Details Full-time, in-person (Woodside & San Jose, CA) Weekend availability required (~1 hour/weekend for Zoom meeting) Travel required for annual conference Training and growth into event operations leadership
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
