Based in our Los Angeles office, this role will support Ninja Tune's global streaming, audience development, and digital platform strategy across a dynamic roster of artists and releases. The position will work cross-functionally with global marketing, audience, creative, commercial, and label teams to help drive discovery, engagement, and long-term artist growth across DSPs, social platforms, and emerging digital ecosystems. The job will be focused on assisting with specific digital marketing support as well as day-to-day admin tasks in the Digital Marketing team. This will include but (not exclusive to): Provide day-to-day support across Ninja Tune's global streaming and audience development initiatives, coordinating campaigns, platform activations, and partner communications. Assist in developing strategic, data-informed, and creative pitches to secure impactful placements and marketing opportunities with priority DSP partners and digital platforms. Coordinate release logistics across streaming and social platforms, ensuring timely delivery of assets, metadata, promotional materials, short-form content, and platform-specific creative. Support audience growth initiatives across streaming, video, and creator ecosystems, including playlisting, creator partnerships, fan engagement, and platform trends. Prepare and distribute release reports, campaign summaries, performance recaps, and partner-facing briefs ahead of priority releases and artist activations. Analyze campaign and audience data to identify insights, track performance, and help optimize digital strategy. Monitor cultural, technological, and platform trends across music, social media, AI, creator marketing, and digital consumption to identify new opportunities for artists and campaigns. Assist with management of internal project tracking systems, campaign calendars, meeting notes, and cross-department communication. Support digital marketing and commercial teams with ad hoc research, platform requests, and campaign coordination. Contribute ideas around innovative fan experiences, content formats, and emerging platform opportunities in an evolving digital landscape.About you:
Highly organized with the ability to coordinate large volumes of digital assets, campaign information, and internal/external communications across multiple projects. Strong understanding of the modern digital music ecosystem including streaming platforms, short-form content, creator culture, and audience development strategies. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across creative, marketing, commercial, audience, and operations teams. Strong analytical mindset with an interest in translating data and insights into actionable recommendations. Experience working with streaming, audience, and analytics platforms is preferred. Awareness of emerging technologies, AI-driven music and marketing tools, and evolving platform trends is a plus. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to contribute across a broad range of projects and initiatives. Meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-through. A genuine interest in independent music and culture is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.How to apply:
