Dining Room Manager

The Club at Glenmore is hiring a Dining Room Manager to oversee daily dining room operations and support our front-of-house team. This is a hands-on management position that requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to lead calmly during busy service periods. The Dining Room Manager will work closely with servers, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to help maintain service standards and create a positive experience for our members. This role is expected to be active on the floor during service, assist with staffing needs, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee daily dining room operations during lunch, dinner, and club events Supervise and support front-of-house staff during service Assist with scheduling and shift coverage Help maintain service standards and staff accountability Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily service notes Assist with training new employees and coaching current staff Work directly with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow Address member concerns and assist with service recovery when needed Ensure side work and opening/closing duties are completed properly Step into service roles when operationally necessary Qualifications Restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Experience in upscale dining or private clubs is helpful, but not required What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is steady under pressure, communicates well with staff, and is willing to lead by example.
