Duties include:

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene) Preparing meals and supporting healthy routines Medication administration and documentation Transporting individuals to: Doctor appointments Day programs Community and social events Maintaining a clean and safe home environment Ensuring cleanliness of company vehicles Communicating concerns to supervisors and administrative staff as needed Complete daily electronic documentation Qualifications Applicants must have: High School Diploma or GED Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License (or willingness to obtain one) A caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude No college degree required.
